The Innovation Scholarship at SIA is crafted for the forward-thinkers and the trailblazers. It caters to students who are not only technologically adept but are also constantly devising novel solutions to complex problems. This scholarship fuels the fire of creativity and supports those who dare to think differently and innovate.
Entry Criteria
- Assess students' interest and passion for innovation and technology through written statements, interviews, or project demonstrations. Look for evidence of curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm in exploring these fields.
- Students to submit innovation projects they have worked on, such as science fair projects, coding projects, robotics creations, or inventions. Also, certificates received for participation (e.g. Lego League, F1 etc.). Evaluate the originality, complexity, and impact of these projects.
- Assess students' problem-solving skills through challenges or puzzles related to innovation and technology. Look for evidence of critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Recommendation letter from current teacher, mentor or community leader who can attest to the student's potential for success in innovation and technology fields.
- Take into account students' involvement in relevant ECAs, such as robotics clubs, coding camps, science competitions, or STEM workshops.
- Look for evidence of leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration in innovation and technology-related activities. Consider students' roles in leading projects, mentoring peers, or organizing events.
Scholarship: 30% of tuition fee.

- In addition, all scholars have to meet the standard academic assessment criteria and attendance requirement.

- Shortlisted candidates’ applications will be reviewed by SIA scholarship committee.
- Scholarships will be reviewed and renewed every year.
